Got bootlid and spoiler on been up since 7am swapping etc... as I am going on holidays in about half an hour now, But I absolutely love the outcome! Exactly the look I was after.
Car needs a good clean! But the paint finish and fitment etc is spot on as is the colour match surprisingly.
Just an OEM Red "H" and OEM SiR badge to complete the back.
MOT prep is next as it's due on the 20th of this month, foglight and that stuff has to be sorted.
Well as most of you guy's know from "Members rides" Section it's on the road!
But I'll always be adding worthy little parts here and there:
Thanks Wazer for helping me carry on the Spoon theme
I think I'm going to get the manifold heat wrapped and buy a little VTEC solenoid cover next there the two main things that are letting down the bay for me, Or get the mani polished up maybe, I had a lazy attempt at the left primary lol.
Thanks alot man! And I have had the front wings blew in a bit and the front bumper has been done when in Japan by the looks of it, but looks to be all pretty original, but more importantly to me it hasn't seen isopon or a welder lol.
And I have lowered it another 10mm all round, can't go any lower as I have to get out and in the garage and I don't want to hurt my spoon 4-1.
definately the cleanest civic ive ever seen.... fair play to you for finding such a minter and looking after it properly! theres not a spec of rust anywhere on it :O
Little silly update, but have found it very effective!
Cold airfeed from the front bumper, I have notice improved throttle response and the car actually revs a bit higher according to my apexi, usual highest revs is about 8400ish and now and it's usually 8500ish, strange, but would recommend this to anyone with an intake like mine.
Also got the carbon bonnet cut and compounded abit to see if it would be suitable for relaquering and it came up very well, will get pics soon when I get a few new coats of laquer on it.
Here's some of the feed, a bit boring I know lol
Trackday is booked for the 19th so thinking of getting some new pads to replace the HAMP ones on it.
