Why would anyone spray silver Regamasters white? They're pretty rare in silver

He has a carbon bonnet, boot spoiler and it's not an EK9. Why make it look like one?

Looking good mate real clean!!

Cheers man, All about the freshly imported base!! lol

Your wheels are high on my list of "rock'n wheels".
Looks very nice buddy, keep it up!

Thanks man, I always wanted a set of rega's had slips on my last car and decided to pay the premium, thought she deserved them! :nice:

All those idea's have went through my head of course, even tried buying a Y56 9 boot off Livvy, but wouldn't post it , And If I got a spoon spoiler it would be painted Y56 hate too much carbon. The only thing I would consider and will probably end up doing is colour coding the skirts, I honestly am starting to love the OEM+ look of the car more and more. And at the end of the day, it's a Y56 Facelift SiR which I'd consider to be rarer than a Y56 9 at the end of the day might aswell keep it half original and spend money on handling :p. Thanks for your input though :nice:. Your SiR is looking good too btw!

Yeh the condition these things are in, it would be an absolute shame to paint them too. There more of a grey in person rather than silver! First instinct was to buy a rough set and "spoon" them lol. And cheer's man but I love my folding mirrors too much :/.

didnt say make it look like a 9. just said get a rear lip and colour code it with a spoon spoiler.

also i was just using that picture to show how good the wheels look in white. i personally think silver wheels look outdated on cars nowadays

the rims "almighty grey" regas so not silver :secret:

your plans sound like music to my ears "kipper" so keep it

Cheers again for the comments guys :).

Done a lot work over the last couple of days, stripped the rear completely so I could waxoyl the inner arches this is where civics rust first from past experiences and I'm glad I was greeted with no rust :D. So I de-greased the whole inner panels etc... and gave it a good clean. Then went about fitting my rear spoon brace after working out the best way and how to cut and mark the holes etc. Done a tidy job first time round thankfully!

Here are some pics and some pics of my LCA and tie bar setup aswell. Haven't the anti roll bar connected it as I am waiting on my adjustable spherical Drop links, OEM ones were to short to go the whole way through the LCA's. Also have gathered x5 Hankook RS2's aswell:dance:, Oh and a pic of my brand new OEM Honda false boot floor. £50!! :angry2:

Amazing car man. Cleanest I've seen for definite. Going about it the right way anyways so keep at it. Y56 skirts and you've nailed it

I'm in love! y-56 GF-SiR  This is something i've been lookin for a long time but very hard to find :nerv: If you ever planning to sell it... ;)

Thank you! Yehh the car has to be seen in real life, the pics don't do the exterior much good at the minute, But I am thinking some y56 skirts at some point.

Means a lot mate, and "IF" I ever plan to I'll let you know! But I see it more of a collectors item to me lol.

Will update this thread soon, got some new rubber :nice:. Annnddddd. I had to buy some adjustable Function7 drop links there from the states as my OEM ones are too short to slot through the chunky LCA's

Well got my hankook RS-2 "trackday" tyres on the rega's and thought since there off i'd clean them back and front along with a coat of poor boys!

Also got my Apexi SAFC2 installed and wired up. It can be used to tune fueling and air flow on different throttle percentages but I didn't bother messing with the settings, I just use it as a rev counter with it's tell tail and throttle percentages really, I really like it.

Not much else really, just washed it and ordered some F7 droplinks and an OEM blank key to have as a spare.

Since I installed the new intake and messed around with blocking lines around the TB etc.. the car seems to run a fair bit better. It's limited to around 130mph, limits in 5th gear at around 7k. Really impressed with how the car goes. Although when wiring my SAFC in I noticed after a lot of figuring out, My car has a pre facelift ECU which means a conversion harness must have been used . Going to get the cover off it and see if it's been messed with or something in the past for possibly more power :p

Think this is a cool sticker which it came with.

Awesome dude!

must be one of the cleanest on the forum for sure!

Good to see your looking after it too!

I would say youve got a pretty rare car there..had an zsiR myself which is hard enough to come by but a Facelift Y-56 is almost unheard of :nice:

I love this car so much, it's so JDM (proper JDM not USDM/JDMLETSALLFITAMBERTURNSIGNALSCOSALLJPANESECARSHAVEAMBERTURNSIGNALSANDWAKABASTICKERSINJAPANYO!) it's unreal!

Greayt build, really like all of the mods and how the car looks

Has to be one of the cleanest around also!
