Just got my EK9 here she is...

get uprated camber setup next matt then get it all done toghter, looking good buddy :)

Cheers Matt yeah hoping to get my camber and everything set up soon made a few enquires with people about pricing, should really bring it together :) Thanks Loving your build too I want to steal your Feel's cat and your exhaust i'm definatly going to heat wrap my system when I finally get all the bits I want haha.

Lovely looking pre-facelift, very tidy... Any updates? :D

I've been a bit slow lately updating this so here you go:

Well firstly I got my Cusco's, SPC front camber arms and my D2 rear arms fitted.

She's still sitting at a similar ride height to before possibly 10mm lower all around though I might change this again soon.

Also if you can remember the picture a few pages back of some Engine mounts these also got fitted recently and the are HARD but they have made such a positive change to the feel of the car its worth the odd noise and rattle, this was done at the same time my car was in the garage having a cam-belt and water pump change and valve clearances checked.

After spending quite a lot on her I though I would try and take it slow for a while but then martin started breaking his car and so I picked up a spoon drivers seat rail I have to say the seating position is awesome I thought that the standard seat was nice but now sitting in the passenger seat feels like i'm driving a bus (ok maybe a little exaggeration since the car is only as tall as my brothers classic mini at the moment)

OEM passenger for comparison:

:) Lovely
(also note Mfactory gear stick, MFactory solid shifter bushings have also been added)

Then I got a bit lucky having just missed out on one used Spoon b-pipe I realised that Livvy had a Black EK9 coming in that might have one on and that the previous buyer no longer needed it, So I crossed my fingers and shot her a PM and the previous buyer to see if it was available. :)) It was so I made the trip down to Livvy and picked up the B-pipe Paul actually fitted it for me there and then so unfortunately I don't have a picture of the B-pipe but here is a shot of my N1 to make up for it :p

While I was down at Livvys I also picked up this:

I had been intending to get a harness so when this showed up I couldn't pass it up:)

I will be getting a harness bar soon because I don't like the angle of the harness over the OEM seats at the moment.

So that's it for now. I will endeavour to keep this updated as and when I pick parts up in the future.

Future Plans include:

Full laser alignment including ride height adjustment.
Harness Bar.
New Clutch.
Gearbox maintenance/possible build.
Get on a track soon as possible after I have got these done :)

nice work matt, spent the coin in all the right places imo :nice:

Cheers Gav love the look of your car the stance is great and the yellow and white work perfectly IMO.

Thanks.
You should get another one Kaks a standard one is not so bad on fuel really and pretty comfortable in comparision to some not a bad daily driver really ;)

looks quality mate and great mods! the harness bar is a great bit of kit, i have a DG Industries one and its amazing quality! :)

Thanks Rambo yeah I had a look at your harness bar before, I definatly need to get one as i'm not going to go for a cage and I just have this really nagging insecure feeling about the angle of my harness without one so its right on the top of my to buy list i'm just a little skint from insurance at the moment and I think im going to need to tear my gearbox apart soon :(

top work so far matt, hope to see you at the next meet 19th sep:)

Thanks for the nice comments guys and thanks for the reminder Matt I shall check my calendar now and sign up shame i missed the last one. **goes to kitchen for calendar**
