Interesting engine choice, yes it'll be rapid but will it be as involving and rewarding to drive as a B16B? The only engine I'd consider swapping mine for is a B18C/6.

My old EP3 (K20) was too easy to drive fast, if that makes sense. I appreciate it's very different to a K20'd EK, though.

UK K20A doesn't deliver like the JDMs... JDMs feel more like a B-series when vtec kicks in. If I had to choose between turbo or K20, Id go K20A any day.

Engine is JDM Integra Type R Engine. 220BHP Stock Power with 6 Speed Close Ratio LSD Gearbox.. UK And US Type R`s are 200 bhp with different cam shafts)

i`ve done all work by myself without any mehanical knowledge but loads of reading for 6 months.. i got all my information from K20A.org and buy parts from hybrid-racing.com

i had to change my fuel pump to Walbro 255 because it was EK2 1.3 auto

i used Type R`s shiftbox with Karcepts Mount Adapter,
Hasport EKK2 Motor Mounts,
Hasport Axles
Hybrid-Racing Engine Loom,
Tein Basic Damper Kit (no more money) :)
Golden Eagle Fuel Rail
Aem Fuel Pressure Regulator
Hybrid Racing Fuel and Clutch Lines
DC5 Type R ECU
EG/DC Chasis Crossmember, LCA`s, Rack and Pinion (use EKK2 Mounts)
Prelude Calipers with 282mm Discs (prelude big brake conversion)
Rota Slipstreams 16" Gun Metal With Polished Lip
Mugen Front And Rear Lip
30th Anniversary Fully Red Recaro Seat

Engine is stock right now but i talked to so many people that had this swap back in US and they are telling me that Stock Engine Swapped EG or DC Chasis makes around 13.2 seconds at 400 meters Drag. i tought it would be great to have that numbers from stock engine.

i love Honda, i`ve had 6 Civics until now (10 years) had EK9 before (crashed) but this engine is so different. i just love it.

i will be posting videos and pictures when i could. most probably end of this month and definately will share with you.

My dream swap! great job my friend! do you still have a/c and all the other goodies? you changed the header?
 
wow man this is truly awsome. you have no inspired me to go ahead with a k20 swap of my own.

iv been toying with the idea for a while. it was either a k20 or a b18cr. i was always swayed towards the B just because it seemed easier. now iv seen it done it K series all the way man. thank you very much for the inspiration.

yes you could run a/c and ps as well but i am not running them..

for parts you can contact hybrid racing. i even bought hasport stuff from them.. just let them know that your car is JDM (RHD) and its EK9 (because axels are different (36mm).

hybrid racing has new mounts tough, i would go for them.

i don`t have headers right now, but its on the way.. hopefully more power, i definately need exhaust system because its custom made heavy piping with no name exhaust at the end.. :(
 
what exhaust header are you going for. iv been looking at six sigma racing ones. would any exhaust system fit onto that. like a spoon exhaust system
 
header is from ebay "chamelodesignz" not the best but i heard good things about them.. exhaust system is custom.. i just need good muffler...
 
So the K20A is from a DC5?

What engine code is the one found in a S2000 then?
 
Sounds fast, cant see the clocks to see the pick up but by god it revs through those gears fast
