Before you read let me just take this moment to state

When i commented these guys where "wankers" it was posted in a fairly discrete post and was not aiming to draw there attention.

However i now feel very angered that they have dragged a whole slanging match up on civiclife. All aimed at myself...

Take a look and feel free to comment.... Very dissapointed i thought these guys where proffesionals...

Regardless of what anyone says about your buisness you don't slag customers off... do you?

Please register and take the time to read especially the HOND-R and IJWHITEMAN posts...

CivicLife.net

Here is the post that caused the problem.

"The customer is always right"
muhaha you stand your own ground well mate...

i am suprised by maz's reply...

i dont think he is just having a go at you buddy,i think there have poss been others that have bad worded him, but you seem to be a focal point for some reason...

I'm trying to mate. Yes my comment was made in the heat of the moment as "underbreath comment" but this has been blown well out of proportion.

Mid way through it turns to me by copying the post where i had called them "wankers".

But you maybe right i'm possibly taking the whole brunt of it...

OK, so now we have 3 threads on the same subject...

Anyway, was it a straight swap then..all existing mounts used and no modifications?

:D

all seems a bit unnecessary really... fair play for standin ur ground tho..

wow....bit unnecessary really, they should have spoken to you either on here, or preferably personally via pm/email.....quite unprofessional in my opinion!

Ian,

I can understand where your coming from! but they should have delt with this privately and not pubilised there disapointment! and for that i think your comments are vaild still!

**** them, any business who talks trash on the internet is in for failure...

Well 2 wrongs dont make a right eh?.....Your comment was perhaps a bit OTT but im sure you realise this & we all say things in the heat of the moment at times, but whether in jest or not its always open to interpretation when its in black & white!

However, the company concerned should certainly have dealt via phone/e-mail or PM. From my experience, the BEST tuning firms really dont have a great deal of time to be trawling round internet forums as they are flat out with work...:secret: And as for posting some kind of thread wanting to know if anyone had issues/complaints...insecurity?..business quiet? Who knows? :wow: Not the brightest idea if you ask me.....

With regard to phoning customers back...it HAS to be the top priority of any serious business. If you cant get through send a PM/e-mail to say so. Simple! Car tuning/modification often involves sizeable amounts of money & I for one wouldnt expect to have to do the chasing if I was to be potentially handing over money to these people....

They are actually only about 15mins from me but i have never previously heard of them, so id question their status & reputation, certainly in Type-R circles...I'd wager most of their customer base are "young lads wiv cars slammed on coilies" if that forum is an indicator, & without wishing to cause offence!

As has been stated, getting involved in some kind of internet slanging match really smacks of total unprofessionalism IMO. Reputations are hard to make but very easy to break & hopefully they may realise their mistake too....

Best to keep quiet & concentrate on turning out quality work...

its just so unprofessional for a company to have done that....haha.. ah well. their lost.

its strange how people think they are "friends", rather than a company who wants your custom and make money.

seems like a very un professional company to carry on like that . i wouldnt wish them any success in future buisness anyway

Is it a big thread? If not, can someone post a screenie? :p

JT its aload of different posts. so it would be pretty hard. just register it only took me about a minute

Thank you

Im wondering if the word ''w**kers'' wasn't uttered , would they have started their thread on civiclife??

They started their thread looking for complaints........ without getting complaints , they then proceded to stir **** ''naming and shaming'' ijwhiteman in their thread provoking him.... and the funniest thing!! they ended the thread saying ''we did not start this thread to name and shame ijwhiteman'':wow:

What a load of bo**icks.. Shame on them.

ijwhiteman is wrong in what he did but they are just as bad... showing no professionalism.

settle it in private...simple as.
