great guide mate, well done! :) mines need done badly but think I will leave it to the professionals as both my seats need the outside bolsters replaced, restitched, shampooed and the hinges replaced! :(
 
did this many years ago, bit of of pain tbh but nothin like a new bolster lol, while bolster cover is of its best time to clean, to saves lots of hassle you can put in washing machine on cold/quick wash 30oc and use fabric conditioner, come out like new and retain colour
 
How hard to do is the swap? Is it just mainly just time consuming?
Also where can i take my car to get the bolster done by a professional?

It's not really difficult at all. Especially with step by step instructions! ;)

As for the second question it's hard to answer when you don't say where you're from...

Just replaced my bolster.
The guide was so useful. Managed to cut my finger on the peg bit, damn screwdriver came out behind the peg and cut me. That was the only mishap really.
A thing i'd like to add that made my life much easier was bringing in the wife to help. She put the cloth back on in no time.
If anyone's thinking this job is to hard, i suggest give it a go. Made my recaro feel new again. Mine wasn't bad, but felt i wanted it done before the material started to ware.

used this a couple of weeks back, took me and my mate maybe an hour tops, very helpful :)
