Disturbing a wound means that it can not heal,
Memories open the emotional scars that i feel.

Pretence, the mask i put on,
To disguise that my friend has gone.
After many years of isolated, silent tears,

Stinging i have felt since my friend
Departed for eternal sleep.
But certain am i that one day i will see
At heaven's gates, you waiting for me.

We laughed, we cried, we fought,
We shared wealth,
No currency could have bought.

I hunger to have you here,
I long for your presense near
To carry my pain away.
After termoil darkness
There will be a sun-kissed day.

Not a man alive could take your place.
When i was hurt and hopeless,
You provided promises that made me focus.
And now that i am hopeless, you are no longer by my side.
The chair that you often sat in, is now empty like me inside.
I remain here by myself, lonely and forsaken.
The LORD must have been selecting
Angels for the taking.

Could have seen.

Anybody who lost someone close can relate, i lost 4 of the closest people to me in a 2 year period, but having it all tat'd on me, i don't know how i feel about that, i'd prefer to remember the joy of the memory, not the pain the death brought me, but we each handle things our own way :)
 
i would put up a few of my tattoos, but i dont know how to attatch pictures to this as i am new to the forum?
 
i got a few aswell , heres a couple pics of 2 i have
this first one i got is because my name means - hebrew judged by god , so it seemed only right at the time , i also like the design

I had the Crucifix done in Australia 6 years ago and i had the 2 scrolls done in Thailand 3 months ago.
 
Here mine , Its the Wishart Clan motto . Probs means nothing to anyone but alot to me :D. This is the first of a few to come had it about 6 months now !
