Hi folks,

Had a Renault Clio for a run about for over a year while I have my EK9 aswell. Decided to sell the Clio and get something more luxurious. Always wanted one of these cars so I took the plunge.

Its an 04 plate with private reg (part blocked out in pics) and as far as I know it has pretty much every factory option, it has the sunroof which not alot do.

The car is pretty much standard apart from a couple of mods:

- CSL rep wheels
- Upgraded discs, carbon pads,
- Goodridge hoses all round
- Black front grill and side grills,
- Angel eyes ( they actually look quite mean)

I know it's a Honda forum but a few people have these cars on here so I thought I'd post it. C + C welcome

Very nice! This is defo on the shortlist for my next car.

Looks great on the drive next to the EK9.. So after driving both which is your "Go to" for a fun drive ?

If thats Orient blue or something like that its quite a rare colour as well.

Looks nice and clean and CSL rims are so much nicer than the other M3 wheels that came on this.

I thought the darkest colour for the blues on BMW was Mystic blue, this definitely looks darker than that so i would say its black to be honest. .

Thanks for the comments folks :)

I'd say at the moment the EK9 is more fun, but i'm not used to the M3 as only had it a week and the roads are fair greasy. Great for cruising though :D

The colour is Carbon Black, it looks dark blue and purple in some lights though

Brilliant man! Always liked these, good photo at the end with them both ;)

Looks lovely, not a bad upgrade from a clio I suppose haha,

Looks tidy! Have always liked these cars, could be tempted to buy one nw that I have my 98spec MR itr sold. What are they like to fuel?

Awesome looking car, one of the prettiest BMW M's. Dark paint and dark headlights call for black wheels :D

Thanks. Yeah I am the same so I eventually had to try one. Not too bad considering engine size, mine is averaging 20.3mpg which contains mostly town driving and B roads.

I did think of painting the wheels but I do like them in silver also.

FWD car more fun than a RWD car on greasy roads? you're doing it wrong!

:naughty:

Nice motor! Quite fancy one of these as a replacement for the MX5 once I've bought a house. No doubt kiddie No.2 will follow shortly after that point so 2 seats will be harder to justify!
