Need HELP JDM 101 SCAMMER (resolved)

I do apologize for going into all his threads and posting up that he is a scammer. So now I will just make one thread right here!
This has been going on for well over a month now. I purchased a Spoon EK duckbill from Donnel for 432.60. Told him that I needed it before July 10th for a show. He reasured me that I will have it. Well July 10th came and went and no duckbill. Later after filing a claim through paypal he tells me that when one of his workers went to the post office they quoted him a different price thus him not shipping the item out! Paypal claim went through and I only recieved 24.01 cause thats all he had left in his account. Now he is telling me he doesn't know if he will be able to refund the rest of my funds!
All I want is my moeny back. Please!

I hope you get your money back, I hate people who do this, they ruin it for the vast majority of genuine sellers :angry2:
 
i doubt he is a sammer, he has been a member for some time now, hopefully its all a misunderstanding that will be resolved soon.
 
Doesnt sound like a misunderstanding in fairness.

Thats brutal, got the same thing done to me by a company in the states called R&D Motorsports, got over $1k of my money!!! :angry:

WOW you got rapped by that guy? I was lucky I guess then. He took a lot of people's money so you are not the only one. But it still sucks. How did you pay him?
As for this being a misunderstanding its not! I have saved all the e-mails that he has sent me. A lot of bullshit in them. Him saying that he had to contact his bank and see what he can do try and refund my money. Well duh you need a bank account to have a paypal account or a credit card. Its not that hard to use your credit card and just send me the remainder back.
I dont care how long he has been on here for this is not good business! I have been waiting for over a month now for a refund

Through paypal but it was left too long for a dispute as I waiting on my wheels to be made by Rays. Never again...:nono:
 
Thats what he was doing. Taking down payments from people and never getting the product. Dave from R&D tried to shaft me as well but I called my CC, cause thats what I used. It was still hell to get my money back from him as well. Never again.
I dont think I will ever deal with anyone from the phills again as that's where Donnel is from! I am actually thinking about calling the FBI to see if they can find anything on this guy!

did you use a credit card to pay with paypal if so call your credit card company and ask to speack to the dispute department !

if not then you will need to get on to the police ,

that crack is not on, sorry to hear it fella , people like that a scum !
 
I used my funds from my paypal. I dont use my CC when I by things off line. I leave the money in paypal so incase I do come by something i like boom the money is there and ready to go. So the CC thing is out of the question. As for the police I will be contacting the FBI to see if they can do anything.
Its kind of funny how this guy no longer really comes on here now!? I should post all the e-mails up that he has sent me since this incident started. He even threatened now to do anything ( send the spoiler or refund my money ) cause I posted up in all his threads. WTF is that avbout? You are at fault not me

I already emailed you sir. I told you that i am now in the process of refunding your money and not send the item coz the shipping cost from here to NY is not the same as i quoted you. I also told you that i am waiting for my new bank account to be connected with Paypal.. Usually i use my Paypal account to buy stuff from abroad. My Paypal is usually funded by the items i sold. I havent tried funding it with cash. This is where i have difficulties.. Yes. I opened my Paypal account using credit card befroe and that was on 2005 (i think), but i already cancelled my credit card due to some misunderstanding with the agents...

Again sir Deni, Im sorry for the hassle... Im sorry for the delay. I will give you back your money..

To the Mods.. Sorry for dragging the board into this mess... I will fix this.. and i asure you that I am not here to scam people but im here coz for the same reason most of you do.. we love EK9..

FYI sir, my last post was on July 29... I was just not online for 3 days coz of heavy workload.. I didnt threatened you... If you post all the emails, you can see that you were insulting me from time to time which i understand, coz if i were in your place, i would do the same...
