Need HELP JDM 101 SCAMMER (resolved)

..I just read through this thread from start to end and Im just so upset how this guy has treated this situation. I feel very sorry for you..It reminds me of when I bidded on this YoYo on ebay..a few years back and didnt receive it :( wasnt the biggest expense but Its just disgraceful to not get what you want in exchange for your hard-earned money.

I hope no one deals with this guy..and wish I could say, be careful..but you cant these days! We dont know whos on the other side of the computer screen..but I do feel very sorry for the honest sellers out and about.

Hope you get the spoon duck-bill one day?

It does not matter if the product costs 1 dollar or a 1000 dollars! You paid for it and you should get it no matter what! People out there now a days just dont care! There is no shame anymore, no morrals, nothing!!! It is a shame that honest sellers and buyers have to deal with SCUMBAGS like this user!!!
 
i feel for you b18ctrb.the worst part is when you have people that might know him and come on here talking sh*t about that he's not that type of peerson and he would'nt that.listen,just shut the fuk up.you got proof that he hasnt sent the item and that you payed for it and still they try to cover up for the person.and this goes on in every forum.i tell you what,for all those type's of people.send me your hard earned money and i'll send you something in return.when you dont recieve the item in a couple of months,you can come on here and repost.ask me or anyone who has been scammed if i'm still a nice guy? let me know how it feels then.i don't give a damn who you are,if i havent recieved the item that i paid for with a week or so...your a fu**ng scammer.

To help you if you want a Spoon duck bill all i can do is have it from a friend who sell spoon parts, and send to you.

It should be a list here with the name or nick names of all scammers just in case we meet new sellers.

Ive been scammed of £1100 before. This was 3 years ago and till this dies aggravates like you wouldnt believe. Company called ENDROMOTORSPORT from California.
 
Damn that is crazy. I cant beleive company's would pull off scams as well! Oh sh!t what am I talking about? AIG, Citi Group, etc... I guess it happens every where except we get no bail out!
But speaking of the devil. Met up with a guy online from the phils that wants some parts from me. Come to find out he knows this scumbag and he did the same to him. Scammed him from money and parts, and they basically live a couple of hrs away from each other!
 
its a long shot but uk credit/debit card companys (some of them) insure all transactions for this type of thing as well as theft and accidental damage etc. It may be worth contacting your bank to see if you can get the money back that way? although you prob already have and ive not read it properly lol

Now, you're making stories. Only a few people own an EK9 here in our place and everyone knows who's who in here. Tell me who's that guy and i can smashed your Spoon duckbill infront of him.

You need to change your attitude so that it this wont happen to you again.

This will be the end of all this, this thread is closed and will remain closed, JDM101 is welcome back to the forum as a regular user, read on to find out why:

JDM101 contacted me advising that he was willing to ship the item to me and i could ship the item to b18ctrb, JDM101 did not want to deal with b18ctrb anymore because of his attitude and wanted to deal with a neutral party.

I agreed and sent a pm to b18ctrb advising him of JDM101's offer, b18ctrb said he would only accept if I paid for the shipping myself and he would reimburse me since he did not want to get scammed again (i am now starting to understand why JDM101 got sick of this guy in the first place). Furthermore those thinking that b18ctrb would have extra cost in this process he would not have as he already recouped about $40 from paypal when he first filed his dispute so JDM101's offer would have got b18ctrb his part for the priced the agreed on ages ago and this whole thing would be over.

However b18ctrb has basically declined to cooperate and fears that even I would scam him, so this is a done deal, thread closed, issue is over, will never be discussed again, JDM101 is back to being a normal user.
