Need HELP JDM 101 SCAMMER (resolved)

Guys give jdm101 a chance to clear his name, he has been on the site for some time, i believe in him :nice: Life happens sometimes and we make mistakes, that does not make it ok, but it does happen.

EDIT: cleaned up some of sh*t slinging :) hope nobody is offended if i deleted your post, just trying to keep this tidy, insults where all removed.

Actions speak louder than words...

You can get a credit card within a few hours and set-up a PayPal account in ten minutes...Plus there are plenty of other ways to send money without a PayPal account OR a credit card like Western Union or Money Gram....:blabla: :blabla: :blabla:
 
^I am in a country where it will take 3 weeks to get a creditcard and it will need alot of documents just to acquire one. Paypal is the safest and will documented way to send money so Western Union is out of the question. (+ its expensive sending from here to there).

Oh I thought you were in America...WU has been going far longer than PayPal and in my opinion is much safer.

If it was me I'd take the hit on it and give the poor guy his money back asap even if it cost me money to send....As I would be in the wrong.

But anyways, I'm not here to argue with you. Just send the money back lad.

tut tut tut...makes me sick...i sell bits and bobs on ebay and have just sold some things on here. its people like this who make the honest people everywhere look dodgy.

JDM you could just go to the bank and do an interntaional bank transfer for the guy?

i do understand that paypal and bank accounts can sometimes take some time as you hae to verify the account with specific ammounts that paypal pays in at a random time etc but there are easier ways to pay the guy.
 
He cant open a paypal account now cause of the paypal claim that I did. He e-mailed me telling that, which is true. Once you screw paypal over they kind of raise there hands from you. This is just been ridiculous. This guy obviously does not care. I e-mailed him stating that I will take other measures. I hope that the maybe some kind of law enforcment will help. I've talked to others that have gotten scammed like this and they said to contact the FBI. So I guess I will be doing that
 
if local enforcment wont? will fbi? thats jst wrong...rokucreations from u.s charged me 30us dollars more but refunded me 2months later without my knowledge..goes to show bad ppl r just bad ppl
 
I won't ban him because i want to see if he will refund you so leaving his membership will allow him to post here, i feel if i ban him then for sure he will not pay you back but i will not let him sell in the FS forum.

I've just been had also by someone else for somthing not related to this site, I HATE PAYPAL! PayPal gives the worst protection for a buyer.

I hope you do get your money back, i've just been had £600 for computer parts from a company online called Nabiltech.
