Hey guys, ive lurked around this forum for a while, and finally decided to join...while i am new to this forum, im not new to hondas...while i realize my sn is "incorrect for what i own" its the sn i use for every other forum im on, so it only made sense to use it here:)) my current car is a 98 civic cx, ive owned it for 5 years now and ive transformed it from 100% stock to what it is today...while the b and k series are obviously great platforms for lots of reasons, i decided i wanted to stick with the under estimated D series, so i forged it and threw a garrett gt3076r on 25psi at it making 350whp. all work was done myself with little or no help at all...here are some photos of it hope you enjoy!!

Anyways welcome to the forum

look at the size of that turbo!!! lol lovely car mate tho its crying out for a rear lip apart from that its awsome.Does it put the power to the road with that kinda power?

What a way to introduce yourself :D

Really clean and tidy motor mate, don't get many D series motors being tuned like that...

Engine bay is just ridiculous, nice job :nice:

Welcome to the forum dude :) massive turbo, massive amount of lag!

:welcome: mate, sweet build and respect for doing most of it yourself :nice:

Yeah I've been contemplating a typer r lip, I'm just scared my muffler won't clear it...

I figured every forum I'm on loves pics so id imagine this ones no different! I love going up to the drag strip and beating on corvettes and mustangs and after, when they ask what motor I have I show them my little singlecam non vtec that usuaally blows their mind!!

turbo lag isn't as bad as you would think! With this being a ball bearing turbo it spools super fast so I'm at 10psi by 3000rpm and 25psi by 5500!!

thanks, it means alot, I've lost count of how many full days and late nights I've had just getting it to where it is now...I'm finally proud to say that its pretty much where I want it, my overall goal was to have an 11sec daily driven D-series, it runs 12s as it sits, and after the retune next month (shooting for 400+whp) I should be in the 11s!!

Ha! Nice work. That turbo is bigger that the block! Any spec's for the whole build?

Welcome to the forum mate great build, and best thing you done doing everything your self, learn soo much, and appreciate the car for how many hours and money you will have put into it!!
