to be honest i was one of the worst for using text english but even i hav stopped ( even on bebo !! )
its really annoying when you get a message you have to decipher lol !!

Since English is not my first language, i found the "text talk" very difficult to understand because there is no dictionary for it. I usually give up reading it.
 
I don't see the point in text message spelling on forums, it's not like you pay per letter! I like the idea of the filter!
 
even though I'm not a massive contributer to the forum but have been registered for a while now, I can understand why people get pissed off as text talk gets frowned upon on other forums I use.
