Thats what you do use, the harness Runs out of the seat over the harness bar and down to the Eye bolts, its to give you the safest angle of the harnesses.
Aye bit thats prob an FIA approved one with an approved strength Wouldnt rely on an NRG/Tegiwa one for that, Unless Tegiwa get theirs approved
That harness is mounted in a VERY unsafe way
As dunsy says, harness bar is there to GUIDE the harness in at a better angle, belt should be mounted with suitable eye bolts to the rear seatbelt mounting points
mounting a harness straight down like that vertically is hugely unsafe, harnesses should not be mounted to the seat mounting points as in a serious crash you could rip the seat mounting point out. Also with the belt like that, the harness bar is working as more of an anchor than a guide
Oh Ramsay, thats pretty sketchy like, Do as stevie says
Aye bit thats prob an FIA approved one with an approved strength Wouldnt rely on an NRG/Tegiwa one for that, Unless Tegiwa get theirs approved
