so this happened to me a couple of nights back just after I finished work, due to me needing to go to the bog so bad I was driving at haste ( Our work toilets are filthy, No2's are a nono ) until I caught the eye of an officer, which then pulled me over to have a chat about my speed. he wasn't really that bothered just wanted to say keep my speed down as I was doing 38 in a 30.

Good part

At this point my bathroom worries had been forgotten as I was a little scared not knowing what kind of officer he was. One which does a good job, or a blues and 2's dick head. Luckily he was the first one, and asked "So why were you in such a hurry" with a smile, and my reply was "Ummm sorry VTEC just kicked in Yo" as a honda joke, only to be bitten in the ass.

he then looked at the back of my car and saw it said 1.4, which it is.

he then Said, "In a 1.4 mate I think thats highly unlikely" and then just started laughing with his fellow office.

I didn't know whether to be happy that he was pretty safe, or the fact he just ripped the S*** out of my ej9 either way I rolled out with no ticket so I rolled away only to go home and have the most depressing dump of my life

F*** sake D14!

Hahaha, thats quality, i would rather been ripped than have a ticket or something though :)
 
Haha id rather get the piss taken out of me then have a ticket anowl jus annoys me when they think they are clever and you carnt do nout!!
I thought you had a bigger engine in your car? Might be mistaken

I was once stopped in my Ep82 starlet turbo.... popped the bonnet and he asked what the massive radiator was for ( MASSIVE FRONT MOUNTED INTERCOOLER, which you could clearly see connecting to the TB ) and i said well its a jap car and they are **** so i fitted a second radiator to help stop it blowing up..
he honestly said " thats a great idea you sure know what you're talking about "
lmao i drove off feeling really happy with myself that i had just got 1 up on the police .

Haha Quaaaalitttyyyyy!

Some are down to earth fair play, a few times ive had them looking in the engine bay of some of my cars and commenting and chatting about cars and building them in general.

Its a pleasure to talk to police that are like this, as they inforce the law but still act like human beings as well.....which at the end of the day we ALL are weather we like it or not, but you still get the ones that act like f*cking terminator. :(

Long time ago I had a polo G40 that I made a A/W intercooler for. The car looked like a totally standard mk3 polo with no G40 badges. When I got pulled I told a policeman it was an experimental air con install I had done!
