Best Header for the money.

I'm getting a B16a from a friend,and for a fairly good price, and I was wondering which header would be good for the money?..and if possible to show me a link.:nice: I've looked and I heard TODA seems to be very good...but very expensive..does anyone have a link to that?I know I get what I pay for but, just wanted to know my options. Thank you!!
 
If you can't afford a Toda Header, There is always the option of getting the '98 Spec ITR Header...

4-2-1 or 4-1? 5Zigen for the 4-2-1. Toda not worth the money unless you are going for a reasonable engine build (eg spending a fair bit) imo.
 
I agree with RagingAngel, vibrant is the best bang for the buck
 
I'm torn between the vibrant and the ITR 4-1 at the mo, was fully set on the 5zigen until recently, but now i just cant decide.

Has anybody used both/can make a comparison between the 2?
 
Between the OEM 4-1 and the Vibrant, the Vibrant is the better header imo.

It makes similar power but has the potential to make more than the 4-1 because it doesn't have the restriction in the collector and the ports are also much cleaner on the vibrant.

It is also lighter which translates to be a very good thing for overall handling since the header is at the very front of the car. The 4-1 has unmatched durability as it is OEM and designed to be used for the life of the car.

This is not to say the Vibrant will fall apart either... it is a very well made header.

I have no experience with the GOZigen piece (5 in Japanese is pronounced "Go").

I'm using a 5zigen atm, I've heard lots of good remarks from others and 'bang for your buck' etc. But havent heard much of vibrant over here. 5zigen, known for its mid range gains and the top end is not far off SPOON.

I'd say get the one that is cheapest between vibrant and 5zigen. Otherwise, dont settle for anything in between and go all out for a TODA. :)

Just looking through this thread as im in a similar position. Have been thinking of a nice header replacement and was curious to know as to weather these 2 headers posted in the links above fit the EK9 as it mentions only fitting an integra although it does say B16 engine too....

Sorry, i am pretty new to all this.......
