this thread has grown like wildfire! :shocked: think your "mechanic" is taking you for a run in all honesty, although it would help if you got some knowledge of the modifications your doing to your car and the correct way to go about them...
 
Lol... I know what prices I should be paying,
He's getting me a new set of injectors and mapped for just under 700 quid. I think it's a decent price,
I said 2500 as a safe limit incase any problems happen, cause I reckon the turbo needs to be rebuilt, due to a seal... Won't know for sure till it gets taken apart.

If Henry Roy turns out to be alot cheaper and level of service is still there then I'll give him a try but I doubt he's going to be cheaper than j&n developments...

Edit* any suggestions on the best ECU to get? Was thinking along the lines of S3000?

S3000 ffs, Do you really have any clue about whats going on with your car? You ever hear the expression you get what you pay for. I wouldn't be going to someone because they're the cheapest. I would be going to someone because i know they would be the better job! :angry:

If your gonna map your car using a camera I would definitely ignore mathewR and use a canon, just get much better flash from the continueum transfunctioner box Piece which in turn releases way more cheerios into your combustion funk capsule

I defo feel this is yOur best option
 
This will decimate all... after we put about fifteen grand or more under the hood. If we have to, overnight some parts from Japan.

i meant pics of the conversion, not some shitey looking 5 dr civic.

youd get on better on the forums if you just posted pics of the engine bays man, people dont want to look at all the crap going on on the outside of them.

so what was the script with the turbo running 180bhp at extreme then? be pretty gutted eh if thats actually the case. i bet my wee jazz would pump this.
