just ****ing cutem! used to do this all the time, this is easily one of the most overhyped things, so many people say its bad or don't do it blah blah blah, your car will be fine, i cut my swift springs and they cost $320! Just make sure to cut them vertically in the same location of the OEM cut so that it sits the shock the same way it used to...
Guys back in the day there was only a couple spring options, if you wanted to be slammed you had no choice but to cut 4+ coils off your oem springs, even show cars had cut springs back then lol, no problems, just cut your bump stops in half too so you have a bit of extra shock travel.
