What car did you drive before the EK9?

Iv got no pics but iv had a corsa sri, calibra 16v, vectra super touring and a few other cars in between, ek9 is my first jap.

It was! Spanked everything on the road for the first couple of weeks of ownership, Porsches, Evos etc. Then lots of little problems! Ran sweet in between trackdays then it played up on the day. Sold it after a year of grief. Trouble is when I sold it I had fixed all the problems but had lost interest, cost me a packet. I will never buy another 'converted' car.

Very nice rides!!!!! What rims are those on the fortuner? I like it! my next ride im saving up for is MAYBE a subaru wrx Sti. Still saving up for it. But i think I will keep my EK9 forever.

They sell that Toyota bB thing as a Scion xB here and that SUV looks pretty kickass but it ain't sold here.

Don't have an EK9 but rather a B16A2 swapped EJ6. Before it though:

Car #1 1985 Pontiac Sunbird Hatchback Autotragic. 1.8L SOHC N/A with friggin 85HP (when it was new, probably around 70 when I had it), and an automatic transmission that didn't shift right.

Car#2 1995 Honda Civic EX Coupe. 1.6L SOHC VTEC D16Z6 with 125HP and a manual transmission. This car was great. Mechanically perfect. Everything worked great. Aesthetically better than my EJ6 by a long shot but had a few dents dins, and scratches. Had only a few mods. My brother riced it a little before I bought it with a cheap intake, muffler and strut bar (APC = crap) but it had good coil-overs (can't remember brand), LS Integra mesh wheels, and JDM replica corner lights.

Really? My mate had one of these and it was a terrible car! Horrible driving position etc. Would've thought after some of the other cars you've mentioned there you had better taste than that!

I was only 18 when I had it, felt quick back then. Like I mentioned I blew the engine on it in the end so not that great. Got a proper car now so no complaints.
