2 F***ers just broke into the house whilst me and the Mrs were sleeping. Luckily I'm a light sleeper so I got woken up to hear them talking. All they took were the keys to my 9...wankers. Anyhow, after getting a pair of trackies and my trainers on I followed them outside to find them sat in the 9...I'm guessing trying to start it (luckily the battery has been disconnected as its currently undergoing work and I've removed the head as I'm giving it an overhaul) so I knew it wasn't going anywhere. Confronted the scumbags and they had the cheek to pull a knife or a screwdriver out on me (couldn't really tell as it was dark). One of them went for me whilst the other one legged it. I gave as good as I got and managed to keep him until the police eventually turned up (thanks to the Mrs bringing out some cable ties ha ha). Anyway 1 in custody, no damage to the 9 and new window for the flat :win:

It's one thing reading about it but when it actually happens to you it makes you think. Anyway...can sleep now :)
 
Bad news man hope they get what they deserve and the other one gets caught hand down to you confronting them :nice:

i'd of stuck the screw driver in the twat! they deserve no respect! glad to hear your both ok bud! thats the most important thing!

Aye. We both good. Trust me, I really wanted to Erik the screwdriver in him but thought with my head as can't be doing with a gbh/abh charge. Thanks for the concern guys. Really shows how great this community is :win:

Glad you're unscathed mate, pretty ignorant of me but I always thought of up your end of scotland being pretty quiet and low crime.
Good job on tackling the little f#cker, wouldn't worry about his mate running off as the one you caught will more than likely drop him in it.

I'm always on at the mrs about leaving car keys sitting out in plain view. I always keep the keys to my 9 in my jeans pocket, might start tieing it round my neck.
 
Yeah me too until now. Keys are usually in one of the drawers in the kitchen. Think I'll start keeping them in the bedroom from now on :nice: we shall see with what happens to him when the courts and all that open tomorrow.

P.s. Dave...sorry I haven't got the rocker cover off to you yet. Been really busy with work. This week is gonna be quieter so I'll get it off to you this week :nice:
 
Glad you're alright, mighty risky confronting a bloke with a screw-driver, glad it turned out ok though. I hope the guy receives a proper sentence and not some community hours rubbish.

I would find it soo hard to no inflict lots of pain on them

good job man lets hope the little c*nt enjoys some nice romantic showers with his boyfriends inside. I keep my keys next to the dogs bed i think i'd end up in jail if somebody woke him up in the middle of the night
