Taco the fake Takata police.

Good thing he knows his stuff though saving us lot 100s
These fakes are the main reason I avoid harnesses, probably will invest in a raemco off 6two1, also check out the 6two1 video explaining fake takatas
 
I have a set of Takatas. Everything looks legit, but unsure of the serial numbers?

Not going to type the number, for good reasons :) I will PM the serial numbers, to someone who can authenticate them.

I paid a fair amount, to obtain them, so I'm 90% sure they're authentic.

bought from anthony => 70% fake rate
valid year 2017 or before => +25% fake rate
better to ask takata racing

Where are you getting this info from? You've only joined recently, and have only 18 posts.

Just seems very strange, how you joined here and seem to know everything about them.

I think what zPanda is referring to is that Takata own Schroth, and this new range of Takata Race harnesses clearly has significant design elements from the Schroth Profi harness range. Given that they're made in Germany, it would be a fairly good bet that they're coming out of Schroth's production facilities.

It is just warning with super copy as you bought.

It is just circumstantial evidence, 95% fake.
Sorry, 5% is remaining, maybe you bought genuine.

There was a guy saying Pete's (from 6TWO1) harness is fake, and it sounded a lot like you hmmm...

Hahaha, how do we get the evidence which product fake or genuine?
Only way, confirming to manufacturer, that's all.
The fact, there are so many super copy takata in EU.
I wish you dont have an accident at high speed.

Then what gives you the right to call people's harnesses fake?

You're not making things any better. If I wanted to ask Takata directly, I would have and wouldn't be on here.
