Does anyone around ireland on here have takatas and know that they are real takatas 100% genuine. Becaise id like to see mine against theres because mine apparently are super copy. And we can find out for real if this super copy **** is true. Im sure you would like to know too pandemonium. If anyone does pm me

Everyone on the Irish forum says mine are genuine. Its only this 'taco' guy, or whatever he goes by, that's claiming they're fake.

There are a good few genuine ones that are either bought from Japan, or came with the car that was imported.

By the way 'taco', when I went to Tokyo, Japan, there was a Netz Cup Vitz, in the Toyota Mega Web, with the exact same harness. Its identical to the ones you claim that are fake. Don't you go saying that they're fake too…

I doubt these people, who replicate Takatas, are spending their money on machining, materials, etc. to produce an exact replica.

If they really wanted to trick people, they would replicate part numbers too, by retrieving the genuine product. That is what they do, with other things, but never ever come close to the real deal. I highly doubt they would go through that process and f**k up on some engraved numbers…

It makes no sense, business-wise. I'm Chinese and I know that the Chinese would not be bothered to go through all that. The really s**t harnesses that are about. Now those are believable, but super copies? I've never heard of super copies until Takata released their redesign. Suddenly they're popping up everywhere.

I'm not defending Anthony. I'm pissed off at you, for making accusations with no evidence to back up your statements. As you said, F1051 has never changed. Surely someone would have bought from Takata and copy the number onto their fakes. Cop on like…

But it has fia hologram and labels are different by minor update.

I will say again, it is too difficult for general people to find difference.
It looks exactly same for your eyes.
Was you able to confirm all of that details at installed Vitz?

Some items looks crap, some the others looks genuine.
its depend on their investment.
if they copied in detail, that price should be higher than craps.

Changed numbers, they done it deliberately, I guess.
If they copied all of numbers, they cannot confirm by themselves which fake.
its a comedy.

The Vitz was in the Toyota Mega Web, in Tokyo. They even displayed a JTCC Supra. Has to be legit. You're in Japan (from what you've said), so go down there and check yourself. You must be having a laugh, if you say its fake.

"I guess.", not 'I know.'. Even you're not sure, so you can't go claiming things if you haven't proven it.

Those ones sold by K20-ef9 are replicas and so are the other things he had forsale like the boost controllers.

Whether he knew if they were or not is another story but it sniffed of a scam from day one.

That actual box photo has wrong spelling.
fake= ヅ. genuine= ジ.
this spelling sounds funny for japanese.
maybe this is also one of the "marking" for fake factory.

Just too many fakes around.

I think they never made a copy of the Takata Mugen version they sold back in the day. Probably the only set I'd consider buying, even though they expired a while ago.

I've contacted Takata, in the past. Was confirmed genuine, but I can't access the email account I used at the time… Stupid of me

I've contacted them again, just to confirm for the second time. Your man is out of the office and they've redirected me to Schroth? Won't get an email until the 23rd. If you want to see that email, I have no problem uploading a screenshot.

First time, I did and they said genuine. Second time, same harness, but new photos. Waiting on their response.

It will be strange to have one say genuine and another say fake. The sad thing is, I can't prove the first response I got because I can't access my other email account

Yes there are copies and yes a lot of them. It sucks. But taco, you're doing all kinds of claims without backing it up. You are saying the a green colored white lable is fake but it could as well be an older version, a version that did not get through quality control in terms of looks etc. So I'm going to give you 1 chance to prove where your "knowledge" comes from. You're either very right and knowledgeable or sending all kinds of tales and myths into the world for god knows what reason. I can think of a few but certainly not all reasons you could have.

Oh, and no spreading of details like last names. That encourages looking him up and people playing judge and executioner. Besides the fact that noone can really prove that the person in question here has done anything wrong, we have real police and courts here for that. Happy to work along with any police research but as it seems noone can prove anything based on objective sources.

When I had net surfing, I found that people believes the opposite of the truth.
I felt It was so dangerous.
I believe, now people can notice that there are incredible quality copies.
Then my job had almost finished.

It is good that you chase the objective of spreading the truth but how true can any statement be that can not be checked for validity? Please keep that in mind, I find this very dangerous what you are doing. And stop accusing people when you can't prove the validity of your statements.
