Looks good Steven although rocker cover paint looks a little off?? No problems with keeping the engine cool with the size of that rad id say

Yeah the radiator is a beast

I repainted it with crinkle paint but left it to dry in freezing conditions in a garage overnight, woops! Think the key is to bake it to get a tighter wrinkle

Yeah I done one recently, left it dry inside for 12hours then stuck it in the oven for a hr, came out not to bad but not as good as the original finish...

That header looks amazing! i'd love one of them! i looks like it doesnt leave much space for the aircon tho? im guessing you have to remove it??

Purpose of this thread is to showoff your unique or rare mods/parts, stuff you think nobody else has or has thought of. Or stuff that some people might have but you rarely see, or custom fabricated parts like a one off rear diffuser etc... It dosn't have to be anything special, just something you feel sets your car apart just a bit from the rest or something your proud of for fabbing up or thinking of.

I'll start!!

This is a glass radiator hose insert made by Killerglass It's very strong, they have a vid on the site that shows it being driven over by a very large truck then they use it to hammer in a nail Some people might think its rice, it serves no purpose aside from looks but i love it It's secured by heavy duty shrink clamps, you slide them on then use a heatgun to shrink them, the insert itself is barbed so i have no worries of it leaking what so ever

This was right after install, i had not turned the car on yet:

This is after the car had been started and the fluid was flowing but it had been turned off for about 2 hours so the fluid settled a bit, its usually full

My custom airbox + bumper feed for my J's racing intake..

Love that header type-R-mad, I nearly got one myself but the company that makes them over in the states never replied to my emails... Kinda wish I'd been more persistent!!

and yeh you need to get rid of aircon for the header, but each is custom made to your spec, so you might be able to ask for an air con compatable version, i didnt have air con anyways, so it didnt bother me.

I've not seen anyone with a Fujita F5 on a Civic, AFAIK I'm the only person on CivicLife with one and I don't think I've seen any on here either.. I chose it over the AEM V2 'cos everybodys got V2's..

Although I can appreciate they're probably quite common over there

There a newer company, that may explain why you don't see them too often, but i suppose rare certainly could be region specific

ah thanks bro, that really means a lot to me, my bay is really a mess though, i have wires going all over the place since i used an RHD harness on a LHD car, im going to clean it up one day... plus my paint is chipping really bad now

The CPRs are rare but i dont see the rareness on those lugnots and Spoon Mirror baseplates.

Easy tiger, it's all love here it was a legitimate question he asked. Region makes a huge difference, where i live nothing is rare, everybody has rare parts so they are not rare anymore, spoon clusters, CPR and CPF wheels, old school BBS wheels and Mugen parts, everybody has them where i live lol, even yellow Recaro seats!
