Got a pair of itr recaros, and I'm struggling to get some rails for them.

either OEM ek9's, or some aftermarket ones. I don't care, just want them in my car.

Any suggestions? links would be great, just have to fit my ek

That Spoon one, looks good.
I'll look into some spoon ones. But if there are any more, keep 'em coming.

Those from the H-T thread, are for side mounted seats only... ?

Also, it seems to me that the Spoon rail only comes as a right hand side unit, and not left. Can it be ? =/

depends how tall you are... OEM has really nice height settings, aftermarket including SPOON are low riders. I just think it looks dumb to see the drivers head just above the door especially with a hat on...looks like your hiding yourself or something...

super low seat rails FTW!! i love that look!! assuming you can still see over the dash and steering wheel :nice: plus it lowers the center of gravity a little bit, especially if your a heavy man like me 220lbs

I'm not tall by any means, lol.
So with the super low, I'd look like the co-driver in rallycars... nice =/

Guess I should just keep on looking for some oem ones.

The EK9 driving position is good but you could be lower, after driving my other car which has a Cobra Imola, I get into the Honda and try to sink into the seat!

anyone tried spoon rails in their ek9?

being 6'2" i feel that i could do with the seat a bit lower, would be alot more comfortable i think :(

oh well just ordered a drivers side spoon seat rail, if i like it then i'll get the passenger one to match :D

I'm 5' 9" , and feel like I'm sitting too high with the ek9 rails, so I'd think low sliders would fit you perfectly. :)

Spoon low position seat rail is a great option :nice:

I am 6/6.1 and i have the spoon seat rails!
The driving position is perfect for me!
I would recomend to anyone who ant to short!

ooo can't wait for it to arrive, was shipped this morning :nerv:

since i just bought a drivers one for now i'll post some pics of the height difference between drivers/passenger seats for anyone interested :nice:

hell yeah the low seat rails are cool,
it helps if your taller and it feels so much better
when the driving position's decked.
my mates got an jap import dc2 and my head hits the roof,
low seat rails ftw.

In the link for the Spoon "low Rails" what do you need to buy for both front seats, left and right sliders or left and right sliders and rails? bit confused

Cheers

I think you need both of them if you want to move your seat to the front and back (slider) :p
