Is the any online manual also with how this brake is assembly a my friend and end up breaking off the a piece and there is no parts available here for it so i have to machine the parts.

Nice second link....(Bookmarked)
Here a quick DIY...
Take off your center council, where your cup holder, arm rest, shifter is and tighten where pictured.

test it out and see how you like it, repeat until satisfied.
Then, just re-assemble the center council.

What does that do? Does it adjust how many e brake clicks there are?!

Does it adjust how hard it bites the rear brakes also?

Does both of the rear brakes work when you step on the pedal?

When fitting rear pads you are supposed to
1. Fully release the handbrake cable
2. Remove pads
3. Wind pistons back
4. Fit new pads
5. Refit calipers
6. Pump brake pedal
7. Adjust hand brake (leave this quite loose so the pistons can reset as pads wear down)

do you have the drawing for the rear brake assembly?

Hi not meaning to sound off but if you are not really too confident about doing it them may be safer to get a garage to do it. It is your brakes after all :nice:
Just have a look in a Haynes manual.
All the best Dunx

You really need to re-bleed the brakes as well. I found my pedal more loose when I changed my rear pads to SPOON. You'll have much better pedal feel, correct braking balance and stopping power.

I usually bleed all the calipers when i do my brakes front, rear don't matter. You always start furthest away from the Brake Master Cylinder:
RHD:
Rear Left
Rear Right
Front Left
Front Right

Hope you figure out your problem...

Wow that is completely opposite to what i've always been told....

It's as easy as following what the manual states.

For USDM DC2s with ABS, the sequence is driver side front, passenger side front, passenger side rear, driver side rear.

All those who do not have access to the factory service manual, you're not doing it wrong, you may just have to bleed longer to fully burp the system.

In short, visit your Honda dealer and talk to your service department about taking a quick peek at the service manual!

Basically the difference to look for is if your car is RWD or FWD.

FWD: LF wheel, RR wheel, RF wheel, LR wheel
RWD: LF wheel, RF wheel, LR wheel, RR wheel

You shouldn't go wrong with this method. Most important thing would be the technique and method used when bleeding. I sure learnt a lot through this exercise, Ragingangel helped lead me to the best method by using a pump. It makes the traditional pedal pump method seem so flaw.
