Project K20 DC2 tidy up.

Super cool.

Dont strip it out etc, do buy good bolt ons and KPRO.

Yeah don't worry man, it's not a track car so doesn't need stripping. Once I've had an exhaust made it will be on k100/kpro.

Lovely Car! great mods so far, look forward to more updates on this!!

Cheers guys. It doesn't stay clean for long - last weekend was the first time it's been cleaned since I've had it!

a proper sleeper with the oem look while the k20 lies beneath..
good luck with your plans:nice:

Could be a delicious option, would rather have the ease of pad changing with Spoons.

Drop me a PM and we can discuss. On my phone so a bit of a ballache starting PMs lol

Great looking DC2 with a great motor to match!!!

Really like how you have tidy'd the car up, I ran the Bilstein B6 dampers in my old DC2 and they are one of the best shocks about

awesome car!
how you find the project mu setup?

hows the steering wheel holding up?

Yeah brakes are WELL good!

Steering wheel feels great although I know the suede won't wear too well. I've given it a good spray with protective stuff to try and make it last.

Cheeky little updates (I'm not great at keeping these sorts of threads up to date tbh).

The brakes are now off and standard '98 spec fronts are on whilst the MU's go for refurb, but not before a little test fit of my old Volks!

Glad to see they just about squeeze over the calipers, with some careful balancing weight placement they will be fine.

Calipers off and in pretty shabby state, refurbing has been halted due to a snapped bleed nipple while I was stripping them.

My alignment goodies have been fitted in the form of Eibach adjustable balljoints and rear arms, booked in to have it all set up on 29th and Centre Gravity.

Finally got round to changing the pedals, old Razo items:

Aaaaand some Mugen ones now on which I had kicking about:

And finally cracked on with spraying the Volks, one of the warehouse lads has a compressor and gun so called upon his skills, sneaky preview:

Have some stickers and 4 fresh Hankook RS2s ready to go on for the alignment day, fully can't wait for that now. Teg also passed it's MOT yesterday so once I've sold on a few bits it's time for custom exhaust and a map!
