Topher, that was in the wet, on a slight bend, with a little bit held back on the throttle lol. Ill try and get a video of it in the dry.

aye man, complete fail. Dropped it off yesterday to be fixed. will be good as new.
after a turbo rebuild next month going to chuck it up to 350bhp and be done with that lol
 
Henry Roy made it himself lol, there was a crack where it blew off. I just didnt get it to him in time. he's going to add a bracket aswell.
 
Well car got fixed last night, don't get it back till fri evening tho
Boost leak problem was due to boost controller solenoid developing a fault with the wastegate. Fixed now and won't happen again so back on running a bar of boost until next month then rebuilt turbo and a little bit more boost. :D
 
is this a stock engine ? sorry i can't be bothered to go through the hole thread again.
 
the car reminds of me the early 90s honda scene that was influenced by fast and furious. all the cars seem to have ugly looking fiberglass body kits, mesh lining covering, angel eye headlights, ridiculous gt style looking wing, 17+ inch wheels, huge fender gaps, z3/shark fenders, painted interior pieces, fabric overlay panels, and lasty altezza style rear lights. its like trying to cram a bit of something from every other car manufacturer into a civic. it doesn't work. at the end, you not gonna gain respect from anyone and just get laughed at no matter how many HP you squeeze from the little 1.6l.

fyi i would replace that oem plastic half size radiator you have on there now with an full size aluminum aftermarket radiator. its going to leak/pop soon.
 
Well, project is almost complete. Most of the engine work is done now, only thing left to do is a turbo rebuild.
few cosmetics to do, which will get done in next 2 weeks, window tints, headlights and some engine bay airbrushing!

but since then ive put in fron and rear strut bar's, red samco hose kit, JDM Washer's, radiator stay and battery clip. So with that all done i attended Scottish Carshow in which i got accepted into the top 50 cars, and later on the top 12 cars for the after party stand.

I also have a feature lined up in August with Total Honda, and a feature with Banzai Date TBC.

its been a fairly long project but almost finished!
 
Just arrived today from a mate, about 200 miles on these 2 peices at a decent price i couldnt really refuse.

Have a Toda Lightened flywheel (weighed in at 3.7kg) and a F1 Competition STAGE 3 clutch, which i think both will do well over stock! Not looking forward to in town driving though lol.

 
This car does remind me of back in the day the way it is styled. I don't care what you got done to your car. Or how many girls you stick in front of it or car shows blah blah you don't even work on your on own car your a noobie lol with a lot to learn!!!
