im sure most of you have seen my old turbo thread but if you havent here is the link: http://www.ek9.org/forum/forced-ind...my-turbo-b16b-build-log-opinions-welcome.html

my old turbo was causing the car to smoke so i bought a new one which required some new parts and i ended up with a completely new kit! im very excited, this is a huge upgrade! before i was at 15psi making 317whp 240tq, now im at 10-12psi and im making 333whp 260wtq!! the power comes on earlier and the car is A LOT smoother as the new turbo is a true dual ball bearing (garrett GT3076R). here is a quick list of the new parts:

-gt3076r turbo
-Tial 44mm wastegate
-new 3" downpipe
-new equal length manifold
-apexi GT spec intercooler

the only part that i kept from the old setup was the greddy RS bov and some of the intercooler piping. enjoy the pics :D

i also added a second catchcan for the head, update: got a 68mm TB and skunk2 PRO intake manifold, i have no idea what the new numbers are but tis a pretty big difference. i decided to give my old turbo kit to one of my friends :)

I like:nice: that turbo manifold looks well good. Its so shiny :wow:

ohh yeah! That must be pushing serious power...

congratulations on ur christmas present. :win:

I love your engine bay! very nice headers!

Are you getting some air feed to your turbo?

thats a big turbo! lol and the exhaust manifold looks really cool :nice:

thank you for the comments everybody, i do not have a cold air feed, hopefully if i have time we will make one :) but for now its ok, my intake air temperatures are very low.

Nice setup blinx9900! Shiny engine bay hehehe :blinx: now we want some videos!!! :D

Hmmm is it very difficult to tune? almost like the apexi power fc? :nono:

its easier to tune IMO since the software comes with it, but with the power FC you HAVE to be a powerFC dealer through the apexi network to get the software to tune it. it also has A LOT more features than powerFC.
