My DC2 Race Car Now K20'd


Stunning. Looks good out on track and that interior is epic. Dash set-up is impressive :D

Not such an impressive CV :p

looks awesome, the shaft, not so much!
 
That's her packed up and *ready for race tomorrow. Hope weather improves*it's been raining real hard all day!!

What happened 2day mate? Seen you out in practice then on to the trailer she went.
 
Bad day today :( think timing chain tensioner let go and chain jumped timing. Engine went off couple of cylinders straight away when I went for the next gear. Gonna have to pull engine out and split it to check how much damage!!

Hey mate sorry to hear about the valve I work with your mate Ian and he's been informing me every step of the build..what a car I must say hope all works out for you good luck...

Yea its just the one valve that has dropped, the cotters popped of it and all! there no damage to the piston which I'm surprised about but hopefully get it sorted soon. Need a new valve guide as that one was damaged with the valve getting bent

That's good I'm glad it wasn't worse:) when do you think youll have the car out next?
