Yup, exactly, to be more of a CTR "replica" more should be done under the "skin", mechanically.

he doesnt do those, but its a B or a D going from his tutorial vids. This car is crying out for a rear ARB too. great work non the less. :nice:
 
Looks like a very nice replica and well put together :nice:. Also, rep's are much more acceptable in other parts of the world where getting a real '9 is nigh impossible, It's a bit poor if an EK9 rep built in the UK for example IMO.
 
quality mate, looks far better than alot of genuine ones you see in the uk! id say its crying out for a 2nd cam more than a rear ARB though ;)

You have no idea what the engine is but I will continue not to talk about it for security purposes.

I had to remove all the tint for my car for the race track. I wasn't allowed to have it. Not only that but I HATE tint. I don't like the way it gives all the cars a mysterious look; you know what I mean? LOL. I only like tint on Limousines because those cars are mysterious in general anyways. LOL.

I MIGHT get it. The headlights you see now is my original OEM factory Honda Stanley headlights with EK9 style gunmetal (non-chrome) colored housing. I wish mine was GUNMETAL CHROME because that's what the real EK9 uses but it's really hard to get that exact look when you paint it yourself so this is the best I could do. Hey, at least it's still stock headlights! LOL.
 
Looks a good rep alright. Seen one of your videos of you cruising in it and my guess is that it's a sohc in there :) ill need to get my finger out to get my 9 looking like this except black haha!
 
Pardon my ignorance, but why do you keep your engine a secret? Is it like made out of Gold or something? Surely, if you were that secretive, you wouldn't even bother showing your car?
 
For some reason he's ashamed to have a sohc engine in ther. Its Likly 1.4
Not sure why tho doesn't really matter what engine it has it looks great and he should be proud of his achievement
