Sounds like an interesting build,
Just to clarify some points, 1.8 crank with 83mm bore if for example using b18c length rods wont be any where near 2.0 it will give 1883cc Darton sleeves nasp will allow for a much larger than 83mm bore, some where around 86mm iirc.
Any how, on a B20 for example the best ive seen out of stock CTR/ITR cams is just under 230bhp and that was with crazy compression.
Generally these cams will make peak around 8200rpm on a B20 with mid-highy 11cr.
