How many feet/meters + thickness i.e for both 1 inch and 2 inch will it take to cover your average 4-1 header in heat wrap?

Obviously im looking for a very near estimated figure, not exact as that would depend on a few things.

a was looking on 1 of the sites and just had a quik look at it but im sure they sold the wrap for £40 to cover your average manifold

So were talking about 50 foots worth? I wouldn't be surprised as there are 4 long pipes to cover.

Just ordering some up and want to be sure i have enough.

yeah it must be it was on one of those helpfull websites on one of the threads

Im sure its something like 50ft you need, as you need to half wrap each turn, so you will need quite a bit to get the job done properly. Someone will be able to tell you for for definite, but Im sure its around that amount.

Just done mine Dan 2" 50ft in length. Had 1" left over.

Thanks for the txt mate! I was just typing in my card details :nono: Saved just in time  :nice:

Thats alot cheaper! I'll call them tomorrow. Hopefully they have the black wrap in stock. I want this before the BURG!

that withstands temps of up to 800c, the thermal stuff is up to 2000c... Quality is compromised.

i used buddyclubs thermo cool wrap and looks more stronger than any other wrap i have used. smoked the hell out of my workshop tho!
