Bought another civic...

only an esi all the way from birmingham, was a fun trip. got it for a good price, original plans was to rob bits for my ek, drove round in it all lastnight to make sure everything was ok with it and really love it! was even tempted to keep it over the ek. but no. the engines coming out and going in the ek. wheels,bonnet,exhaustbrakes,suspension and hubs will be sold off and the shell cleaned up and my old b16 dropped in with an lsd box, so still plenty of fun for someone. the shell itself is really straight with a few scuffs and dints here and there but nothing major.for sale in a few weeks hopefully with a standard bonnet and such

you may be thinking why would i put a less powerful engine in my civic....

gonna get the block and gearbox all cleaned up this week and the head stripped down ready for next weekend

man i wanna get an EG as a runabout, looks liek a tidy body on that one, allot of them rust around the arches.

the rear drivers side arch has a teeeny bubble but thats it. other wise the shell is spot on. everythings straight as it should be, few dents here and there but nothing major

What is the B18c4 specs? It looks similar to our USDM b18c GSR engine which is 10.0 compression 180whp 1.8liter.

yeah sounds the same, main advantage was the torque over the b16 that swayed me tbh, and with the b16 head and few other little bits should see a little bit more
