It's "HEADER" ...as in singular.

Toda for 16A/16B

SMSP/Hytech for 18C

Vibrant/Zigen for all applications on a budget.

Vibrant is a copy/variant of the JUN/Maxim/Seeker 4-2-1

Tsuchinoko there is no such thing as the "best" header for all B series engine, with your permission i'd like to remove the poll as i think it would only serve to mislead people...

No reason to apologize. Thank you, i just did not want to be rude :nice: a poll can be a great tool but the question should be specific as polls do not leave room for any explanation.
 
Hytech would build a header specific to your application for whatever B motor you have. They are the best and most expensive. For best results sometimes the OEM location of the cat has to be moved backwards.
 
If it is bolt on, tested on same engine then I agree with RagingAngel.

But as Blinx says, it depends. Vibrant will not give me as much performance as Toda, but I can drive car with Vibrant J-spec, and can not with Toda.

Also depends on rest of mods.
 
Can i ask, if i were to buy a 5Zigen header, will there be a sufficent gain?

Say mods are:

PasswordJDM intake
Apexi exhaust sytem
decat
Lightened Flywheel


Will the header give a good gain in power for sure? This is on a B16B... What kind of gains can i expect?

Sorry, just about to buy one and before parting with my money a bit of info would be nice...

5Zigen is a recommended header on this forum...
FTW performance can supply you one, about 370
Try Envy performance it might be cheaper at about 300
