***Attention***Do not buy buddyclub camber arms***

Scary that more and more people are having the same issue.

I'm not sending mine back because i need them for Germany in just over a week.

I've bought some new bolts they are 10mm longer than originals but i plan to put a half nut at the bottom and the split washer and flat washer in too.

M6 x 20 HIGH TENSILE GRADE 12.9 ALLEN CAP BOLTS ZINC 20 on eBay (end time 31-Mar-10 13:22:27 BST)

Wot do you mean by a half nut at the bottom and split the washer and flat washer please? sory I am not a mechanic or engineer in any way. I work in an office all clean in my suit!! lol

Thanks buddy :nice:

No probs mate you have been a great help to all of us who hav unfortunately bought BC camber arms!!:angry2:

Phoned Sean at Buddyclub UK today and he said I can return both camber kits no problem and he will send me out replacements asap under warranty! Perfect! I have more 12.9 grade bolts to put in the new kits also so should be all good! :)

mind getting me some of them bolts as well dude . square you up at the meet ??

Im not happy either.

I fitted my buddyclub arms in may last year. yesterday i was changing my brakes and noticed a bolt missing on my drivers side front camber kit. So i got a cloth to clean some of the dirt off and just touching the other bolt made the head of the bolt snap off. Twisted Evil so i then checked the other side and cleaned round them and they snapped off as well. so now i have 2 bolts holding them together, its very unsafe, lucky i was not driving as a lot of damage could of been caused and i have a track day in a few weeks as well.

The odd thing is that its only the front facing bolts that snap off for some reason. Im going to be replacing them all with high tensile bolts but will be contact buddyclub and the supplier as this is disgraceful. They were torqued to the correct settings by myself and TGM.

I think everyone should check theres. They may be a issue with the bolts they are using, may be made incorrectly or a faulty batch.

I am in contact with unit 8 atm and he is talking to buddyclub about the issue. I have already replaced the bolts with 12.9 grade atm but im still very unhappy with the quality as the rubber boots have nearly split already.

Cheers MJ

thanks for the warning ill check mine on the weekend as i also have a trackday coming up!!!

but they were fine a month ago! and theyve been on nearly a year now if not a year! .....

As said i think i may replace the bolts before they fook up, dont fancy loose camber arms :S
