Annoyed with Tegiwa


did you ask for refund im sure they will no problem instead of ranting on

not yet but i want one. i am surley free to rant about their stupidity . Just raging all this can be avoided by stating Out of Stock

I spent all my money on this on Friday morning not had a penny to spend since was all worth while thinking about having a new manifold on in days, instead sat twiddling my thumbs bored all weekend & for what

You are mostly pissed that you are out of monies regardless of parts being in stock or not. This is not their fault. You currently cant afford to buy, nothing wrong with that...but don't make it bad for the vendor, its not their fault.

Dont be silly man, i am happy and accepted i cannot buy anything for a wee while, it was made all the better thinking im exchanging my money for a new toy i can put on the car. but to be left with no money & no manifold is just greed on their part too scared to say out of stock incase they loose a sale so they email me knowing i probably wont think to check there untill i start questioning where my order is

So instead of asking for a refund, you have ripped into a company who does not even know you are upset. How about contacting them and discussing it?

From my experience with them they have been excellent, and when I ordered a O2 sensor out of stock awaiting delivery they offered full refund or to wait and I was kept up to date with expected delivery.

If they were unreasonable then I could understand jumping on a forum and having a rant.

But you have not yet even asked them for a refund buddy, lame to blame them for accepting your money to get a part ordered for you.

Dont get me wrong, I do not buy from them...no support from me. But your issue with them is lame.

lame i think not Tama i guarantee you would be pissed if they let you spend 400 pound on something they knew they dont & wont have for weeks & weeks - this is not on - also when i ordered it said be with me within 2 working days not 3 weeks

You have no knowledge of what they have in stock and what they do not, you are assuming too much.

A bunch of bitchen and moaning from you for what would only take a short call or email to sort out. And if you did that you would have your money by now.

Sorry for the delay with the manifold. We are indeed out of stock until the end of the month. Can i ask what date you ordered and when you were first informed that the part was out of stock?

There are a few options available to you..

1. Have a full refund.
2. Have a partial refund and take a Skunk2 Alpha which is in stock
3. Wait for the manifold to come into stock

We have no issues in doing any of the above.

We do make mistakes as Tama said, we are only human. We are actively taking measures to reduce these by implementing a better stock control system along with our website having a total overhaul so that the customer knows if the item is in stock. We are also hiring in the very near future as we are working flat out.

Thanks Johnny i will reply with a descission tomorrow im stuck over option 1 & 2 as i expected a manifold fitted this friday but i choose the tegiwa mani for its fround clearance i hear skunk2 may hang lower than stock. I understand what you are saying the website update. I disovered today from your email which you did send friday fair doos there but its not a fast enough system.
Hope you understand my frustration it would bd easier to take if i had just orderd gaskets but 430 odd is a lot of cash to spend. I wasnt really thinking i would have to keep check my emails to check it wasnt in stock. i just went with the be delivered in 2 working days...

For a UK dc2. Not as exciting as a manifold but still a new toy!! So my suggestion is if you have it send me the airbox and the 2 exhaust gaskets and refund the difference and pm me or announce on here when manifolds in stock then I can order that.

CTRsam now has a Skunk2 Alpha Kswap Manifold so the OP is sorted.

Your customer service has been top notch thanks for this now I can still possibly still havr a part fitted at weekend gives me something to do! Thank you.
 
So your last few posts are completely pointless and could have been resolved within minutes of getting a 'sorry we're out of stock' email...
 
That manifold has had "Due 03/13" in the title on the website for nearly 2 months now, so why wouldn't you confirm it's in stock before buying it? And then rant about how the email system wasn't fast enough when you were emailed on the same day?
 
I've got sore sore hands and feet picking and packing all the parts were selling. Life's good man. :)
