Absolutely fuming!

I have PM'ed Blinx, not given the vendors name out though, thanks for your help josh!

blinx aint on that often to be honest mate you could wait a wee while for a reply, pm me the details and i'll get on the case asap :nice:

MatD,

I think you need to solve this issue directly with the seller. Some times this happens with used parts. Happened to me once, but I learned that for used parts I ask for detailed photos so I can figure out if it worth to buy it since I need to spend some extra money in the body shop to fix this issue.

I think the seller wants to resolve this issue so both, seller and you can be happy with the sale, please pm the seller before posting negative feedback, I'm pretty sure everything will be sorted out.

In my opinion, resolved or not they should be named and shamed to warn others on here of what could possibly happen to them.

In some cases though this can be unfair in a way, all it takes to ruin a companies reputation is a couple of bad posts on a forum. I agree that some companies do deserve it as i've had my fair share myself but all we are asking is that the matter is investigated fully and tried to be resolved as best as possible before coming onto a forum and ranting and raving about them.

I do agree with you, I've had my fair amount of bad deals too. It very easy to destroy a company through forums, but it also makes companies who are great at keeping customers happy. To be fair you can't make a decision until both sides say their story or until the outcome is reached so you are right.

Yeah sorry im not here that often, had a horrible string of deaths and im kind of in a werid place mentally, pm me the name of the vendor and link to original thread selling the items, i'll see what i can do.

I agree...was a good idea not to name the company/vendor until this whole situation has been resolved :)

thats shocking mat :( the bumpers are in some state especially on the lower lip

Didnt check this thread for a while :/ well still intalks with them, i did contact them before i made this thread however but it was bleak.
Hopefully we can come to an arrangement, they offered good communication etc so should be ok!

Everyone gets it wrong once in a while, how the person/company deals with it when they do get it wrong sets a good seller apart from a bad seller.
