Hey guys

Anyone have any experience with Yellow Speed coilovers. We've been looking for a set for the GTR awhile now and just came across these and curious.

Have seen these as well, look a lot like miesterR's with different colour bits,

Would also like to no a bit more about yellowspeed as was offered a good deal from tegiwa on both coilovers and brake kits

If you're going to Japfest you can see them on display. Also Luke will be out in his CRX which is only running entry level Dynamic Pro Sport.

There will also be a brake kit on display.
Hopefully see you there!

Just looks to be another private label Bor Chuann copy like pretty much every other coilover!

I would expect somewhere between K-Sport and MeisterR in terms of quality, though who could say where on that scale they would come.

Personally, I don't see why anyone would consider these over the established MeisterR option.

I've got Racing Logic coilovers from Tegiwa and just looking at the picture the only difference seems to be the colour. It wouldn't surprise me if all these cheap coilovers came from the same factory. The RL are OK but nothing special, these I'd expect to be the same - just another entry level suspension kit.

Do any of the civic cup car drivers have any input ?? I no some of those guys run them

Meister r best out of all the entry level coilovers I've had a few sets now and there def the best so far

100% NOT a BC manufactured coilover.

Why would you choose them over the competition? 15 months warranty handled by ourselves who are always available on forums, Facebook, phone, and email.

Like I said if you're going to Japfest come and have a look.

There are around 5 cars running them at the moment in Civic Cup. Next round is Silverstone if you want to see them in action. Last round Yellow Speed equipped cars got two podiums.

RL were good, however due to their size (they were a small company) they have decided to pull the plug on their 'Hyper Street' range. They are now focusing their efforts on what they do best - high end eye to eye dampers for single seaters. This forced our hand, so we visited quite a few manufacturers while we were in Taiwan AMPA a few months back. Yellow Speed had everything - motorsport pedigree and a current motorsport program, in-house R&D, manufacturing, and assembly. They also had in-depth knowledge of the Honda applications as this is what they race, great branding, excellent warranty (15 months) and most of all a product that that performs well and is built to a high standard.

There is a common misconception that all suspension that comes from Taiwan comes from just one single manufacturer. Its not true! A lot of the niche coilovers, say for exampe if we brought out some 'Tegiwa' coilovers, we would then look to a 'manufacturer' and do a private label program. Yellow Speed provide a couple of US companies with a private label program. Going back to Racing Logic, this was just a small assembly facility. They would get parts manufactured in relatively small numbers and then assemble ready for sale - again these were not the same as any other coilovers on the market.
