If you're willing to pay a few hundred extra for calipers that look like pr0n and are marginally better, go with Spoon. Otherwise, Wilwood.

My mate had wilwood on his turbo'd ek4.
Got a lap with him on the nürburgring , man it could brake.
My other mate have ap 6 pot calibers on his dc2, I had the plesure to drive it 4 laps on the nürburgring , I have never tried anything like it. Amazing

Wilwoods --> more variety so you can choose a cheaper set up!
Spoons --> overrated
this is my setup (6pot wilwoods 305mm wilwood rotors on 16''s rims)...:nice:

Which spoons are your referring to? All of them? The monoblocks, to me, are awesome!

Just got back from 2 days of very heavy braking in very hot temps, spoons performed outstandingly!

Im on 15" wheels...Just say'en :nice:

Spoon or 'something' monoblock calipers are great . These are special products that's why you pay more for them! I think new Spoon two piece calipers ,are expensive!

two piece spoons are expensive, agreed, for the "so so" gains achieved.

I am considering moving the mono brembos I have on the track car over to my new hatch...lol

Ain't going to lie, brand new spoon callipers look so good! Was a little surprised by the weight of them though.

Weight is half of stock, they look gorgeous new, but the prospect they won't stay like that puts a downer, at near £1400 from Spoon, it puts a downer on your wallet...

But would I get one regardless.. YES! lol
