My mum had a few shots of my scoob when i had it. 330bhp i'sh and she thought it was very responsive lol.

But my mum is 56 and owns a FN2 Type R. she went out thinking about buying a Honda Jazz and ended up buying her Type R :nice:. She loves her Civic.

Similar story to GAV-EK9, many moons ago (well back in 97) when I bought my black EF8 had my mum in the passenger seat showing her the new car. Punched it away from a roundabout and hit about 60 nothing excessive but mum went absolutely apeshit, slapping the dashboard screaming slow down your doing 100! What she didn't realise was the speedo was still in KM's. Still brings a smile to my face even after all these years.

Got to agree though, the minister story is wicked. Keep them coming:)

the time i jus got my evo, my mum wanted to take it a run so away she went on her own, she didnt even drive a mile and said it was to fast ha that was the first and last time she drove any of my performance cars ha ha

as far as my da goes when taking my cars, when he does take it, he's always flat in the vtec, he cant seem to drive it easy,

when i got my first vtec, my cousin wanted to take it a run so away we went, she didnt go into vtec on the way up the road so on the way down i told her to drop to second and rev the car to 9. she engaged second, hit the vtec and let go of the steering wheel while keeping her foot on the throttle:shocked: i got a hold of the wheel as we were nearly in the hedge. after i asked why did u let go, she said because the steering wheel started to vibrate (as the car was spinning tryin to get grip). that was a scary day:( so not many drive my cars now ha

Haha! when my mom bought her new car i drove it back and she drove mine, said she knows how you feel when your baby strapped into a seat now(when i had the harness) and was moaning about it being too bumpy! but i had a nice smooth drive home in her new BMW :) haa

My dad likes taking my car. I recently blew the transmission outta my B16 EJ6. I had my dad's truck for 3 weeks while waiting for the replacement. So, freshly rebuilt Del Sol VTEC transmission slipped in (identical to the EM1 transmission that grenaded) as well as some other **** was done while it was in. I hadn't had the chance to go home and pick it up and give my dad his truck back. He drove it to work for a few days so he wouldn't have to carpool with my mom. I just know he was hoonin it cause he was telling me about how great it was driving and how much fun he had going to work. *Just a little note, my dad is a 57 year old computer programmer working at a big office. I'm sure he was getting funny looks in the parking lot.

Also my mom used to love driving my old car. It was hilarious seeing her get in and drive a loud, slammed EJ1.
