The clutch on my EK9 has started to slip slightly and wondering what would be the best clutch kit to get, also is it worth getting an uprated flywheel?

I have an LUK ITR Clutch in my EK9 and I like it. Not too aggressive, I hear good things about Exedy lightened flywheels?

what is your ultimate power goal, what is the primary use of the car, will it stay NA or will you go turbo or nos?

Exedy stg 1 clutch...some have been lucky others have not, the judder with mine is making me real angry now so I dont recomend it, soon as I have some 'spare' cash it will be going, technically it isnt broken so I have to put up with it. The AP unit is only £40 more & Teg owners have had zero problems. Lighter flywheel is a very good mod.

I just got the Exedy Lighten Flywheel and OEM replacement clutch combo.

Firstly the clutch feels good, lighter than before as the old one was gone. good power transfer and easy to drive.

The lighten Flywheel was great!! Really free up the B16, it feels like it don't strangle. Highly recommend it.

But it does vibrate on biting point.
it is not hard to drive at all...just the same after couple of miles.

got it from the ITR group buy, 215 all in can't go wrong

Think i'm going to go for the EXEDY Stage 1 CLUTCH KIT plus a EXEDY Flywheel 4.3kg :D

Hi Stu
IMO just use a genuine Honda one unless you are going the turbo route or drag racing it. By the way i have a second hand Spoon flywheel for sale .
Cheers Dunx

i hve the Excedy stage II with Excedy 9.7lbs etc...

must confess the juder drove me crazy @ city driving!! def recomend stage 1 :D

...however i did love it, recently @ 1st track day :drive:

does anyone here use the exedy oem clutch wit fidanza's 7.5lb flywheel??if so how do u find it??

perfectly drivable, I had something like this back in the day. I would describe the feeling as "crisper"
