Have you looked on the inside of the wheels or at the spokes? as there should be a stamp telling you the make and size - ie validating the make of the wheels as per the centre caps! or letting you know when you advertise them on eBay

Sorry, i mean thouse rims are just fugly.
And who ever made thouse rims shoud be dragged into the middle of the steet and shot in the head.....twice
I say, dump them as cheap as you can and pick up some nice rays.
