*wanted!!*EJ9??!

hi guys,

Am a newbie here and I'm absolutely dying for a civic!! lol! Coz am 17 i cant get insured on anything bigger etc so am on the look out for an EJ9? If anyone can help me out or could point me in the right direction that would be fantastic!! :)
Just drop me a message if u can help me please.

willing to go upto about 100miles from Glasgow if i need to go further then so be it! coz i know it will be extremely worth it!!! :D lol!

Just a warning mate, if your 17, insurance is still a bitch. Have you tried getting some quotes first? Just that im paying 2.6k for my insurance, im 17, living in a decent area in edinburgh and my dad's on the policy.
If you've had a look, just ignore everything i just said haha.

i have checked the insurance mate, its 1400 for an ej9, thts why a really cant go any bigger ye kno :/
so i have to say sorry to the guys with the other motor offers. just cnt afford it as you'll probably be able to tell lol!

Alright mate, do you have a colour preference?? So i have a better idea of what to look out?? I bought mines last year and as soon as I passed, I was constantly checking pistonheads, gumtree and autotrader for new adverts etc.

I'm sure you can get them for under £2000 or so.
 
Am not too fussed tbh mate, can always get a respray if the colour does bother me :p
i've been stalking all those sites aswell mate! haha!

no probs mate, keep us posted with what you find! how much you lookin to spend?
1st year will be the only killer for insuarance mate, im just goin into my 2nd year with 1years no claims and my renewal coming in at about 700 :) I put my mum and dad as named drivers onmy insurance aswell 1st year made a big difference!
 
My insurance is still pretty gash, falkirk and Stirling people get it cheaper because of the area I believe... Or is it just me?? :O

I shall post up possible findings when I see some :D

my insurance will be coming in about 1200 for the first year, a cnt put my mum on it coz she doesnt drive, and my dads ehhh... in a better place al just say :p
its jst my siister whos on it, and it is tht price so its no bad at all :)

Ah right lol Just anybody really who has been driving a long time with no points or that will put it down; auntie uncle family friend whatever, its no like they are ever goin to drive it but just saves you some money mate :)
Aye man cant really complain :)) although it is still a lot of money haha

I found this one on gumtree aswell mate, a bit wacked out for my taste but you could make it what you want but it only has 42,000 miles so maybe worth it.

This EJ9 seems alright, got a few mods and looks fair tidy, doesn't show any interior or engine pics though and you may have to travel quite far.

Haha no probs man, I know the feeling when trying to get an ej only difference was I was waiting on my mum to get a new car and she was taking an ageeee lol
I know looks shocking, such a good car aswell with low mileage. wat a dafty haha
I will keep my eyes open for you buddy :nice:
