exactly mate, would you rather have the sickest EK9 :cool: or a bog standard boring Gti Mk6 :(( :lol:
 
Im not saying go spend the money on some new VAG or whatever , just to me everyone is really biased towards power when they go modding their car

I knew what you meant dude, wasn't trying to prove you wrong, i was just trying to justify spengind that much, considering alot of folk my age buy new VAG car's..
TBH i think the EK9 chassis from the factory can handle 200 hp Easily...
 
Man, that would be an absolute beast with very good reliability (if built the right way).
 
You could first swap in a K20. When that's done buy a K24 bottom end to build slowly at your own pace and when done, swap it out.
