Love it I thought about doing a splatter effect on mine but it would have only been black and white, looks awesome with what you have done think you may have inspired a few people

If i do not use heat resistant paint will it not flake off over time?????
If not
I havent used VHT paint on any rocker ive done and none of them have flaked....yet haha

Cheers. I'v been looking for colour paint for my rocker cover. but can only find black and Silver in heat rasistand
any colour other than white would be ok. in my experiance white tends to go creamy after a while, hell i even use normal paint on my brake calipers..... mind you i did burn the paint this last time on track lol

Where's the splatter paint?
The splatter paint reminds me of the HKS SR20DET valve cover
...I personally wouldn't do it but I think it turned out really good. One suggestion thought would be to paint the tower bar the same splatter or just the dark silver paint you used on the valve cover. Right now the tower takes the attention away from the valve cover. I majored in graphic arts so I'm speaking from a "scientific" point of view. Props
