Ok, GE said if you send them your block they will fit it with an 89mm crank, sleeve it to 84.5mm, supply forged rods forged and pistons with your choice of compression, new bearings, and all assembled and fully balanced for you for about $3000usd.
that pretty much takes care of the shortblock also with this shortblock you would be good for 40psi of boost if you just change to lower compression pistons.
a guy in Malta turbo'd a b18c at 1.5bar boost and did 10.8 1/4th mileand he was on quite a restricted budget
What is the compression I should go? I would go 12.4.

and if u ran high cams that require high revs would the std sleeve hold?

Skunk2 stage2 pretty high lift, with 12.4 cr think would be fine. I got them from Stephen with some other thing very reasonable price.
We have 100 octane fuel, if it is not Liqui Moly as our sponsor gives us great additives (alcohol based) that makes fuel pretty stable! They even have some kind of oxidant additive, nitrous based.
What do you think will be the rev limit?
