Sorry to hear it joe. i wouldnt have been able to keep my cool i'd have probably killed the bastard and be in a cell currently... I normally keep my cool but if it happened how it did to you. full on and in day light i worry id have thrown crazy on them specially if my family were in the car... jeeeez

Glad to hear you/your car/your sis is ok. Id genuinely be carrying a wrench or what not about with you for the next wee while, rest assured if they saw you again there would be a round 2!

That's nuts mate, glad you got away ok. I usually keep an old trolley jack/leaver under my seat just in case stuff like that happens. Proper shocking in broad daylight though.

ASDA says it all. My local one actually makes you feel like you're losing IQ the longer you walk round it, full of idiots at times!

I know this sounds awful but you should have let them try and drive off with your sister in the car as I'm sure the police would have had more of a case against kidnap of a (female) minor than attempting to steal a car.

I find a bit of Weedol does the trick, and it kills the roots. They won't do it again, because they can't see you. Or just get a Rotty.
 
Just remembered, it must of been 1991 or earlier, my mate Jim had not long come back from the Falklands ( he never really talked about it ) someone tried to take his MK1 XR2, his pride and joy. I have never seen anyone get sorted like that before. He calmly got back in the car and dropped me at my house, and just said 'NO'

These idiots need to learn they are not getting away with it.

I was in tescos parked up in the phone with the window down in my ek. Doors locked though, black corsa pulls up guy jumps out and ran over to my car and tried to open the drivets door. I was totally shocked lol, he shouted gey out the ****ing car and then got a lock knife out his pocket, i wasnt expecting that in tescos lol :p

I told him to **** off and did a 6k launch across the carpark lol, did **** me up a bit though. I went on the lookout for the guy with a 1/2" breaker bar in my car. Never found him though.

Glad you and your sis ok, police wont do anything. I would of happily given the whole family a slap.
 
this makes me so f***ing angry, only if it wasent a EK9 I would of turned round a run the little basterds over... then reversed back over just to be sure

Thanks for all your comments! I honestly couldnt think fast enough, i had 2 guys trying to lay me out aswell as woman, was one the wilder moments of my life :)

I can honestly say though if the bigger guy had managed land one on me that would of been it, id of been down haha good job im quick as **** and good at blocking ;) haha naa i just stuck lucky :)

The smaller guy and woman had about 3 teeth in the mouth and about 5 gold chains handing round there neck. They were pure scumbags.

Im pretty sure iv got a jack handle in my boot tbh but i didnt really think, and tbh i would like to hit anyone with it. Im not really a violent person.

Also the police have said, because no one actually managed to hit me and the didnt steal the car theres not much they can do :(

Good to hear you and your sister are ok Joe. As others have said crazy the ****ers tried it in day light in a public car park. It does happen to fast to think sometimes but nice one for keeping your cool i probably would have turned round and mowed the scums down.
