Solid engine mounts

Already ordered mine from the US. £208 delivered :)

prob be another £20 import taxes etc on that also unless you asked seller
to mark as "gift" and state value no more than £36 :secret:

you might get away with costs if it slips thru customs if its small box thou!

company i got "hardrace" mounts off in the US wouldnt put low value on item but still worked out cheap :nice:

Yeah your right, dam taxes. Hopefully i get away with it, if not £20-£30 more still cant complain too much :)

can you do away with the torque mounts with just a mount insert in the rear mount ?

No

You can only do it with these as all 3 mounts are solid polyurathene

they also sell steel mount versions
cheaper than billet
does the same job

Billet ones are lighter too ;)

i questioned guys at innovative about this when i bought mine, cant remember if billet was only literally .25kg lighter but asked for honest answer from them and told me that simple reason people bought billet was looks and was reason they offered them

they do offer lifetime warranty but how long they will be around you just dont know

Well I just ordered some billet ones off accessory zone :) can't wait to fit them Bling bling wizz wizz! Lol

i am thinking of buying some of these mounts should i go for the 60a red or the 75a black it is for street driving and the odd track day

60a if u dont planning on tracking it alot
thats what i got

my timing belt mount came lol
had to tighten it up again

how tight did u do urs steve?
since it bends the metal bracket

i was told by innovatibe to do t oem specs but i added about 5ft lb, been fine

I just ordered the Grey ones lol I just love a good working feel to a car mechanical and solid looking forward to putting it on track where all the bits and bobs will come alive! Lol

timing belt bracket I did the 3 bolts to the chassis leg to oem specs, the 2 nuts to the engine to oem spec then the remaining one to the bracket i did very tight

rechecked all the nuts/bolts a few weeks after installation and they were all good, everything was copper slipped when I fitted them

Rear engine mount is a right PITA to do

I am after a similar thing but for a ek3 with a b18c4 engine. want rid of the torque mounts but am having no end of trouble finding what i need and refuse to pay main dealer prices! any help much appreciated. Ben

'96-'98 and '99-'00 civics have different mounts.
the timing belt mount is different also the L bracket mount is different too.
