It is with great regret I am putting this up for sale but i'm off to work abroad for 5-7 months and this needs to go.

I tried putting it in the breaking section to sell the shell and keep the engine for a later date but no prevail thus far!

The car is an EK4 2000 Facelift with a

  • B16B Darton MID Sleeved 85mm Block (around 6000 miles on the engine)
  • EK9 head port and polished
  • Full EK9 valvetrain with Skunk2 Vernier Cam Gears
  • 85mm 13:0:1 Wiseco Pistons
  • Lightweight Carillo Rods
  • B18C Crank
  • Custom TRI-Y 2.5 inch collector manifold with proper 2 inch primaries
  • Tuned by Romain @ Eurospec on a Dynodynamics roller where it made 235hp/172tq at the fly, making over 200 at the wheels
  • Integra intake manifold with RC440CC injectors
  • DC2 airbox with custom airfeed
  • Genuine Mugen Rocker Cover
  • Currently has a Spoon N1 rep 2.5' system which sounds insane!

It is one of / if not the most powerful B series N/A motor running stock EK9 valvetrain had on eurospecs roller.

I have taken a few friends in this and its nothing but non stop smiles, the engine is really the centerpiece of the car - For any queries about who built it look no further than AME Motorsport - Engine was built originally by Wazer and I have had it since and covered no more than 2000 miles.

It starts first time on the key, and is tuned for Shell V-Power and MUST NOT be run on anything else (from Romain himself)

The rest of the car spec :

  • 15inch Rota Slipstreams Matt Black MINT condition wrapped in Yoko Parada Spec2 195/50/15
  • Carbon EK9 spoiler & baseplate
  • Brand new Recaro SR4 black seats (10/10) condition
  • Autometer Pod gauges (oil & water)
  • Cusco breather catchcan with fittings

Im one of "those" types but regrettably im a fair way from fitting a 235bhp road ek4 into my 2 car plan!!
 
If my car sells soon then I may well be getting in touch, great spec for the price!
Does it have the full rear interior fitted still? Can't see in the pic.

My old engine! Was epic on ITBs back in the day! (sure it still is now) :p

Most of the spec is there, with the new addition of the S2 cam gears. This made 21hp with stock ek9 top valvetrain and itbs on a dynopack, hub dyno for anyone insterested.

So to clarify, is the power claimed in the advert your old power figures running itb's or are they current bhp figures ?

I know I would love to see some vids :))

His figures are the engine current figures, though i'd just add that it made 215whp on itbs on a stock top end, also made 230 odd whp/186lbft on tdi norths dyno.
