skunk 2 megapower exhausts?

can anyone tel me did they make different size s2 megapower exhausts for jap spec and uk spec ek civics or is it just the cat thats different??

No, they made different sizes. Skunk2 do the Megapower (2"), Megapower R (2,5") and Megapower RR (2,75") type exhausts.

Got the Megapower R on my car and its so, so loud.

i got the skunk 2 after and i love it.....loud enough and great rip off the vtec!!

Wouldnt bother with them tbh, the stainless they use is of a very poor grade and corrodes really bad when used in the country (road salt), also the baffles are fairly common for coming loose.

hmm! never had a problem in 2 1/2 years with either of mine!! i rate them!!

My mate has had one for like 3 years as well and never had a problem, still looked mint when i was under the car about 3 months ago

I bet Ive seen a few more of them though. Got a two year old one I took off an EM1 the other day, Ill post a pic up, youll be shocked. They were good when they were made in USA (long time ago) but when production moved to taiwanawhere the quality seemed to go downhill.

I've not had any problems with mine and i've had it for over 3 years, although a guy i know with an EF had one and i'm sure the baffles came loose on it

Gerry that would be good if you could get a pic up, shite build quality wouldnt surprise me if theyre now made in taiwan efforts!

Given that its not a cheap exhaust, I find that unnaceptable and impossible to 'rate' them. Used to sell loads of these for EP3s years ago, must have sold about 3 dozen and almost half of them developed problems within a year.

I dont know, tbh. I dont see the point of buying them, can get a good exhaust made up for about £350 that will last better.

mega power r 2.75 inch, megapower rr 3" well thats what it is for a dc2 and ek9 anyway
